I have been on Emsam for 14 months now at the 12 mg dose. I have placed ever were that the Emsam info sheet that comes with it says to. The best place I have found for best results I would have to say that it would be on my front upper legs by your hip. If you are a man you must shave al the hair off first. Also I use a type of face wash and clean all the oils off first before I place the patch on there. I found out that if you use just bar soap then it leaves a film on your skin that makes the Emsam not work as good. Tell me if this helps you?
