Does anyone know if atypical antipsychotics can play any role in the treatment of obsessional type symptomology? Are they ever known to help here, or are they contraindicated?

Don't know happened seen it mentioned in any googles on atypical antipsychotics guess it would be considered a strong benzo type affect as I'm sure you know OCD is an anxiety disorder so they say. Love Phillipa
