What can augment paxil for increasing drive, motivation, concentration, memory, and Creativity. I know some meds in the past made me more creative such as risperidone.
I suffer from strong treatment resistant accutane induced depression, i also have social anxiety.
paxil 9.5mg keeps me livable otherwise I would be in constant and burning mental pain.
I also take clonazepam, gabapentin, ritalin. These can be changed. Ritalin expecially losing it's effect.
I am a so called photographer which hasn't been easy given my condition. These days I have to push myself to even give a dam- about taking photos and my creative mind is gone.
So what can help?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Please try and list more than one medication and any small or longer description of what it may do...
I need some serious help and spiraling downwards the past 3 days has been expecially difficult for me to maintain any kind of NORMAL life. I am not even seeing my friends anymore because I am a walking ZOMBIE.

Memantine.
Modafinil.
Adrafinil.
Risperdal.
Wellbutrin.Just some ideas.

I would strongly suggest dropping the ritalin and adding 10 mg of dextramphetamine, regular or spansule. I know I have said it before on this board but it is a great energizing, motivating, feel good drug with the effect starting day one. And as an added bonus it helps you concentrate.
It is also generic and cheap.These are all the reasons Dexedrine was one of the number one drugs on college campuses in the 1960's and 1970's.
The only reasons I would stay away from dextramphetamine is if you have:
1. A history of stimulant abuse
2. A heart or blood pressure condition
3. Struggle with anorexia or very low weight
4. Can't handle the hassle of needing a paper precription every month because it can't be called in or marked for refills
5. Have a tendency toward insomnia

Low doses of sulpiride or amisulpride may boost the Ritalin, and so may selegiline or rasagiline. Stronger stimulants (amphetamines, e.g. Adderall and Desoxyn) may be at least temporarily effective. However, your best bet may be memantine.

I've added pramipexole about 4 days ago. Hope it works for me, specialy to rise libido.
