Might anyone know when this medication could be available in the US if approved? It seems to have been in Phase III trials for a long time.

It won't be approved, because it's a French drug, and France didn't support the war in Iraq.
It's made by the same company responsible for tianeptine (Stablon, Coaxil), which isn't approved either, and Trivastal is another one that isn't approved. See the pattern?
Maybe it helps that the rights to market the drug in the US were sold to Novartis, but don't count on it.
