Medicated it with 2mg lorazepam. Back down to Earth again, but head is fuzzy.

Nah, I think it's just one of those things. I think the L-carnitine and taurine I'd been taking are the most likely culprits if anything, since it came on within an hour of taking them. Tianeptine never had anything like that effect - it seems to have a mood stabilizing effect.

I found loraz was OK for anxiety provided that the dose was adequate - wasn't singing 'Only way is up' though :)

Well it was sort of the other way around - the lorazepam was prescribed to bring me back down from a manic episode, which it did...

It did the first time I took it. Now it just makes me feel a little drunk and hazy. I'll probably be taking some tonight with zopiclone to help cope with this Lamictal insomnia though.
