Hello Phillipa, Thanks for your reply. Sorry to
be cryptic...We are hinting at the obliteration of mental illness. I need to shed a few pounds too.James R

Hey bleubarry,We are theorizing that the right application of the pills suggested will cure mental disorders.

Well, I have been a patient of this scheme for 4
days and I can say I am definately feeling better. I'm still on my other meds..Celexa, Klonopin, and Clozaryll which are not working great for my major anxiety, depression, and paranoia. My diagnosis is schizoaffective disorder (kinda like bipolar disorder + anxiety
+ paranoid delusions).James

Hi James,I wish you luck in finding the right supplements to improve your condition. I also suffer from schizoaffective disorder and believe that the answer lies not only in psychiatric meds, even in the cases where these drugs are necessary.
Take care,
Nellie.

Rather than taking those separate pills, try using one of those green powders which contain all the necessary vitamins and minerals, plus other good stuff like gingko, etc, etc. I use this stuff called Greens plus; google it and no I'm not an owner or shareholder in the company.
Also, try Omega 3's and plenty of exercise and meditation. BUT, these supplements are a far cry from actual treatment. Only aids to a better mind and health.

The vitamins seem logical enough. What is the benadryl for? I'm not sure how it ties into a mental illness, other than as a temporary sleep aid and allergic antihistamine.

Why not Vitamin B's?
I did not know vitamin D was D3. Is that antagonism, like antipsychotics?
This is the end of the thread.
