Does anyone experience loss of effect from AD's when PMS hits and then have the positive effect come back? I was having great relief from Cymbalta 60 mg + Remeron 30 mg for 2 weeks and then PMS hit 3 days ago. I'm not depressed but I'm SO irritable and I'm becoming hopeless. I've had a total personality change! My pdoc is okay with me increasing doses of either drug but I don't know if it will help. I HATE hormones!
