Wow I watched it all and maybe that's why as aging up every four hours reguardless of meds? So what do we do any ideas? Phillipa

Ordinary people have known forever (in a general way) that sleep is critical to health.
Maybe scientists felt that if sleep was critical they should have a solution to sleep disorders.
Since they don't sleep cannot be critical?
