I quit klonopin about 40 days ago and detoxed hard, it was bad. I'm still on 20 mg of celexa and am having trouble with erection, I was fine before and on more meds. Only thing that changed was HUGE stress like coming off benzos couldnt pay rent facing homelessness and then a new big job in a new city. Also I was working a job where was lifitng a lot maybe a hernia. Any ideas at all? Scared....

Hi ian35.
Coming off Klonopin is a HUGE deal! I went through it too .. ended up hospitalized as wasn't titrated..
Hey ... afa sexual side effects from AD ... you might want to remind yourself it's not all a man's responsibility to produce a satisfactory outcome in a sexual relationship.
I'm not invalidating your concern though. It's a widely shared one here.
You should find some help on the medication board.
You said you were fine before and on more meds, so I'm assuming you got a new pdoc (psychiatric doctor) and meds changed w/ your move to new city for new job.
Maybe you are still adjusting to all the changes.
I am going to be moving soon and will be changing doctors. I will need to be careful the pdoc doesn't want to make changes right away as 'moving alone' is a giant stressor. I feel like thanking you for reminding me!
Every1 thinks you should be happy and excited regarding a move, when in reality it is really hard.
There is a health board here too where you might ask about the hernia and if it could be causing you difficulties; I mean besides the obvious difficulty of having one. Must be very painful.
You are welcome to go to any of the boards and seek help w/ all issues. We're just not supposed to do a copy and paste type thing; you know, use the identical subject and message. You can definitely address them, just need change wording a little from board to board. Hang in there. You will find a lot of support here at this site, a lot of good people. I send you wishes for some relief.
I wish I had more answers for you myself, but, at this time in my life, I'm not on an AD. I may have to soon though, as even though anxiety is under control, I need 2 'get a life' and prepare for a move myself.
Check out the boards I've mentioned or any you feel might be helpful. Go 2 FAQ for answers to questions about how the site operates. Try not to worry. This site is very private.
hang on, 5f

Hey ... It's 5f again.
I guess I thought you were on another board, but I believe you/we are on 'medication' already.
o_o
Withdrawal might be another good one. Don't be afraid to go to Social either. Sometimes it helps just to talk.
Sorry about that.
best wishes, 5f
