Hi my psychiatrist recommends taking dexamphetamine just before i retire to give me coverage throughout the night. He says i will wake feeling more refreshed and ready to take on the day.
Has anyone tried this at all?
In my mind i figured that the brain would need this time to 'come off' the daily dosages, helping with tolerance and just general wellbeing.
Is it possible that what he says is true?
That maybe my quality of sleep would be improved?I am asking because he insists, and the side effect of anxiety and insomnia sometimes effects me.
I also take 10mg of Zyprexa at night and 500mg Sodium Valproate twice a day. This is the other side of it, in my mind i think these 2 drugs would counteract the anxiety/sleeplessness.
Looking for any opinions, be nice if a professional could put in his two cents.
Wanted to ask before i try it out. chances are i will at least try anyway.
Thankz
