Clozapine is supposed to be the gold standard. I have seen in reports that it is even combined with zyprexa sometimes.
I keep wondering though what else could be combined with an ap for you. I mean, ap's aren't the only things available. For example I once discovered a silly 12.5mg dose of zoloft ended my bout of delusional paranoia in one day. Whether it is a ssri or lamictal or depakote or magnesium supplements or taurine supplements or an antihistamine (excessive histamine mirrors schizophrenia), it just seems to me there is something else that could be used along with an ap to balance out the whole operation.
Though it is a completely different topic and a whole new ballgame I can't help but wonder what your mercury or lead burden is. Your symptoms and responses to meds are classic.
This is the end of the thread.
