Acomplia has been approved for use in Europe for use for weight loss, and I've found some citations regarding using it to lose med-induced weight gain. What I am scared of through are it's apparent connection with a high suicidal ideation and depression/anxiety connection. Acomplia is a supposed CB (1) blocker (cannabinoid type 1 receptor blocker.)
I am SOOOOO desperate for weight loss help. I had some lovely pictures taken with family at Xmas, with my sis, hubby and the kids (niece and nephews and all, and it looks like I am just getting this really fat face. :(((( Thanks to Risperdal and Zyprexa (which I am not on anymore...but the weight is still there.) I could also try Abilify...does that help with weight loss? Anything....??? I live in Canada but have access to most meds around the world....thanks..
