Because only with Prozac my heart rate is between 65 and 75.

With all other adtidepressants (have tryed many SSRI, effexor, ixel, tryciclic...even Ritalin...) and my heart rate with all other antidepressants is betwenn 90 and 110.

This is verified during 15 years. Strongly exact information.

MY QUESTION:
IN MY CASE (ONLY WITH PROZAC MY HEART RATE IS LOW) A GOOD THING OR A BAD SYMPTOM?!

How do you feel? Fine I suppose. There is nothing wrong with a pulse of 75. It's not too low. I wouldn't worry about it.

Your pulse is fine above 80 starts to be too fast but still okay as anxiety makes mine in the 80's usually. I wouldn't worry either. Phillipa

A normal heart rate in the the 60-100 range. Lower towards 60 is better as long as you are not dizzy. Rates above 90 are not great, but many things can make a heart rate speed up such as fear, anxiety, pain, etc...anything that causes one to be uncomfortable. 80 is probably the most average for a healthy adult. Athletes often have rates below 60 and that is OK too since they have better blood flow and perfusion than non-athlete.

Why Prozac tends to lower your rate more than other meds is hard to determine although it may have a more sedative effect on you and the others may be more activating.

Either way, your rates are fine.
