I'm currently taking Ritalin, the immediate release form. I require high doses, but it is too stimulating in that my heart races and i get very naseaus.
I tried generic adderall for a couple weeks and it did nothing. Perhaps i could give the ER version a try.
I appreciate the advice

I find Ritalin more peripherally stimulating than adderall. I also find Adderall reaches its peak only after about 2-3 weeks of daily use. I am perhaps strange in that I do not feel an immediate boost from Adderall like I do from Ritalin.
I think Provigil or Strattera are good options for something less stimulating, (in other words, non stimulants). Did I read elsewhere that you take Provigil too? If so, have you tried the Ritalin without Provigil or vice versa? How about low dose Ritalin?
