My pdoc sent me an email today stating that the university is doing an open label study of the unreleased a/d Valdoxan and that I would be eligible for it, if I gave up psychotherapy during the study.
I take Wellbutrin 100 SR currently; can't tolerate the 150 XL, and xanax, 1.75mg per day.
It sounds almost like a perfect a/d: almost no side effects, no "discontinuation" symptoms, etc. no sexual side effects. Also it's taken at night because it helps with sleep (I only get 4-5 hours sleep most nights).

I have had some response from the WB even at the low dosage but lack of motivation and energy. I would love to be in this study but don't know if I can give up my psychologist (seeing her weekly), for the length of the study :(
