Stop it if you feel good!

Posted by Fivefires on November 14, 2007, at 17:21:25

I really feel the need to say I'm sick and tired of scrutinizing myself and defending myself every time I take a med or feel the need to ask for an increased dosage of a med which actually works; a med which makes a person who is depressed feel some happiness or a person who is in pain feel some relief.

No. This is not directed at anyone or any medication in particular.

What's wrong w/ jumping off a cliff and going up instead of down? (Okay. That's kind of a wacky thing to say. It's something I thought of later, way later, after I was asked kind of kinky ? and didn't have a good comeback. You guys have my permission to use it. I did make it up, didn't I? Hate it when that happens.)

My advice, don't tell anyone besides your PSY GUY and GP you are on meds because people never understand.

However, I don't understand the increase problem. That is the first thing my PSY GUY always tries.

Best Wishes!

Only contact via phone until 15minutes next month.

I call re: any med issues in between (see every 90days) visits and leave messages and await a call.

Seems I'm slowly building something like a tolerance to Provigil, but it's not surprising, and I'd like to continue on it and pdoc agrees. Feeling good about addition of Deplin yesterday.

I'd had one traumatizing event on top of the other the past few weeks and I was really feeling extremely low and my thoughts weren't good ones.

I've only been on Deplin one day and am actually feeling good/comfortable this evening and enjoying the absence of ruminating worry causing sadness.

So thankful for the reprieve.

Ran across a discussion re: Deplin and posted.

And the very-wise replies by Chairman MAO.

Yeah, it's a ridiculous state of affairs all right. What happened to amineptine, after all.
