Lexapro 10mg & Lamictal 25mg .... I'm on day 3 ... I'm taking it in the morning and so far they make me so drowsy. I think it's lexapro's fault. Lamictal is supposed to be like the best new med so I wanted to keep it, but which meds will make me stop creating self defeating messages and endless procrastination and codepency problems ?!?!?!?!?!?

hi gogo, i take lexapro 10mg and 175mg lamictal. the lexapro tends to be more sedating but i tend to take it in the morning anyway. reason being is that it tends to be less sedating as time goes along. say about 2 to 3 weeks. now the lamictal i take a night. hope this helps a bit. good luck!

Funny how meds affect us differently. Lexapro reved me up the lamictal was neutral so took at night only got to 50mg as excess disgusting salivation. If you are like most the SSRI's will sedate you and best of luck to you. Phillipa ps sedate for a few weeks or days you never know

I have no lamicatal experience except through my daughter who took a high dosage and it was very sedating on her. She took it for quite a while and eventually went off it because she couldn't function on it because it made her so zombie like.
