I stopped smoking. Its a patch you put in your mouth and its gives you a stimulantion of nicotine instead of smoking (yuk)
It lasts up to an hour. I know can concentrate good in class with one of these in my mouth. Just bearly do you feel the stimulation but it helps with ADHD, really.
Its in a pack with little white packs that you put in your cheek. There the same price as price of ciggarettes.
A great way to stop smoking. Those stupid expensive nicotine patches cost so much.
These are the same price as a pack of ciggarettes.
and give a mild stimulation with some psychostimulant action.
Thank God.
Look it up on google.

None of my business of course, and you don't have to say....but aren't your parents still carrying you on their insurance? If so, most (maybe all) family docs would be happy to write a script for nicotine patches for a pt who sincerely wants to stop smoking. Then the cost should be minimal, and I'd guess your mom might even be willing to pay for something to assist her son in quitting smoking...? If not, maybe the copay is small enough for you to swing?
Just some thoughts, if you want to use the patches. I quit using those and other methods, nearly 14 years ago. One of the best (and hardest!) things I ever did for myself and my health. Good for you for quitting! - 10der

Snus is still tobacco, so it carries all the risks of tabacco. Mouth, jaw, and neck cancers. A nicotine
patch carries none of these risks. At least here, a box of nicotine patchs costs as much as cigarettes for the same period of time the box would last.
