Any ideas on how to tease out the differences between dysthymia, anxiety and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome? Can chronic anxiety or dysthymia precipitate Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (as opposed to fatigue that is chronic)? How does sleep architecture relate to the above?
Any lab tests that might be indicative of one or the other?
Thank you for any insight.

I need to know the same thing as my thyroid is off and had chronic lymes disease and they say CFS can follow. Can hardly stay awake. Love Phillipa
