to anxiety? Just wonderin. I take .25mg of it at bedtime per new prescription directions.

I took .5 to lmg at bedtime for years and it worked fine for me. Love Phillipa

As long as it's the type of insomnia where you can't fall asleep but once you do, you stay asleep, then I think you should be fine.
