I think you would have to ask BMS the manufacturer. I once called, I think it is Pfizer who make Lyrica, and I was pronoucing it as in "lyrics", and they were pronoucing it "lie-rika".

I agree with Phillipa. I think it's supposed to be 'boo-spar'.

well i looked it up in both of my drug dictionaries and both are different....
one says it is byoo-SPARR
one says it is byoo-SPY-er
