Hello friends , Im back , currently in the same
combo Nardil - Xanax . I Not the best of lives but it the best I have been in last 10 years.
I still believe there more thing to do so I can really feel there is worth to live in this world.Sometimes I have thught in returning to AP´s because I have had many problems with people , many figths . But on the other hand as we all know this can be caused by the inhinbiton provocated by a benzo to tell the true . I really dont like to figth wuth nobody , I swear it , I have even have the courage to yell to the general directors of the company I work . I feel I have create a bad reputation on my jobn because of this. Maybe it is bad but when I feel I have the reason in something and Im not guilty of certain issue I defend this no matter what happen. I see daily how other coworkers receive mails blaiming him fo something that happen ... they dont do nothing because is the boss . In my case I can´t control that no matter if is the boss of my boss . I reply always very angry , of course when I knwo they are lying . Maybe this could lead me to a bad reputation in my job rigth ? wouldbe better to be quiet and accept that Im guilty even if Im not? maybe this turns me in a bad worker
I would like to have more control on these things , do not get angry . Do you believe an Atypical could help ? is this a kind of paranoia

It could well be worth trying a low dose of an AP.

Great to hear from you. Anger and problems controlling temper are relatively common side effects of benzodiazepines, especially at high doses. This can certainly cause problems, potentially leading to increased anxiety.
<Do you believe an Atypical could help?
Have atypicals helped your anxiety previously? I know you used to take Seroquel Tepi.

Not anymore phillipa =( , I lost her and this time was forever . I´m alone again.
Someway Im happy because I she is gonna find what she deserves , I was always thinking and feeling that she gave me more than I .However this is still sad to me

regarding atypicals , u r rigth I took seroquel
most time for sleep , not much relief for anxisety
maybe it helped me on little paranoia
coudl be a good option againregards !!

Tepi!!! Sorry, no advice, I dont have much experience with benzos, but wanted to say it is great to see you and that I miss our emails. :) Glad you are working, but sorry about your girl. Good luck finding what you need for the anger, that seems so unlike you.

i think this is killing me , everybody that looks at me tells , are you ok? you are white,did you rest yeterday ?
damn situation here , is not easy to pay all my meds , seal a an apartment and buy my food, besides all the problems of job , I thinka change is needed . still waiting strongly to going to europe to look for a change in my way of living
