I'm new to these boards but wanted to check in and thank everyone who posts. I am learning a lot.
I am 2 weeks into meds for depression/anxiety which surfaced about 2 months ago. I've had major depressive episodes in the past and a bout with anxiety/depression about 15 years ago.
My new pdoc (nurse practitioner) px'd Lexapro at first but is transitioning me to Prozac since that worked in the past. She also just added Wellbutrin XL. She gave me Seroquel as I have not been sleeping. It certainly helps me fall and stay asleep for about 6 hours at the 50mg I currently take.
I'm glad to be here and grateful you all are, too.
