I woke up this morning feeling alright then a couple of hours after being up I started to feel the anxiety again so the p-doc told me to take more Klonopin I take .05 at night and a few weeks ago I had to had emergency gall bladder so from everything I went through my anxiety was acting up so I started taking half the .25 in the morning and it help but this week i started to get rid of the morning does and go back to my regular does just at night with 40 mgs Paxil 20 mgs in the morning and 20 before bed with the .05 klonopin do u think im feeling this way is because I try to lover the morning does i was put on a few weeks ago. please help

yes klonopin is an anti-anxiety med so taking less of it makes u more prone to anxiety... =]

Some people are very sensitive to benzos like Klonopin, so that stopping even .25 mg suddenly can cause withdrawl symptoms and rebound. You might need to taper more slowly using .125 for awhile.

so do u thank with me uping the dose again I will feel back to normal. Phipplp u seem to know alot about these meds.

About 35years of various benzos at different doses. Love Phillipa yes the slower taper if you want off makes sense. But why not give yourself a little time more til you're used to the feeling of being relaxed and don't anticipate the morning anxiety? Love Phillipa
