i have trouble detecting if drugs are really helpful for me. i am considering trying mirapex at full-dose (no titration.) since it is an agonist i am assuming it's effects are instant, and not requiring build up in the system. is this true? i was wondering if there are any specific worries of serious adverse effects from not titrating.
