urgent seroquel matter!
i have taken twice 200 mg for a month now
but since friday i took 300 mg plus a half of 300 mg wich is 150 and i feel like garbich, very very badan old friend told that when she took a 300 mg tablet like me while she was on 400 mg she got psychotic...

Jeroen you took 450mg of seroquel. So call your pdoc and ask him what he wants you to do with your dosing? Love Phillipa

maybe you should just go back down to 300, or wherever you felt more comfortable.

I'm confused... you take 400 at the moment daily, but you've been taking 450mg now daily.And your friend said she got psychotic because she took 700mg when she should have taken 400mg?
There's something missing there.
As far as the feeling like garbage, I think you're feeling blunted and sedated, which is what Seroquel does (I take 750 at the moment for other reasons).
Is your doctor monitoring this? He/she should know what level you are on.
There's no particular danger for a single day overdose of Seroquel; for obvious reasons I won't tell you how much people have taken but it is high. I accidentally took double my dose once. Slept a while.
Talk to your doctor.

Jay I read the friend as having only taken 300mg instead of 400mg. Very confusing. Love Phillipa
