SLS said he takes it mourning and afternoon,
I tried doing that but kept forgetting if I had taken it or not.
Do you reckon it matters if I take it all in the mourning (90mg) aslong as it dosn't give me a sore gut?
Or is there benefits to taking it twice a day.
Nardil dosn't seemto stimulate or sedate me.Regards

It's not going to hurt you if you take it like this, but IMHO it's best taken 2-4 times daily in divided doses. I think I notice the GABA-T inhibition from taking it immediately, but in my experience it takes about 10 days before you notice much more than that.
But if you like to take it all at once, go for it.
However, I'd try taking it 3x/day if I were you just to see if you like it better.

Really?
Right from the beginning?I had this wonderful day on the day I took it (35 years ago) and have wondered if it was just a placebo effect.

sedated the crap out of me, I am sorry to say....
I played around with dosing times, but it always left me needing a nap.
I think Ace said that this side effect was transitory for him. Maybe it would have been for me as well, but I couldn't, at the time, stick around to figure it out.
