As I posted earlier I have incessant ruminating, a non-stop running brain does not help issues. I'm hyper-sensitive to everything. Sometimes the slighest noises set me off. If my wife eats a prtezel while watching TV, I only focus on that sound. I can't watch TV on weekends. I feel I have to be doing something around the house. I get very irritable when I start something or am about to start something and I get side tracked. I suck at small talk and and am very inpatient. I sleep poorly. I also tend to get anxious.
I take klonopin 1 mg at night. I'm also taking Cymbalta. SSRI's slow me down but flatten me out. I don't get much a mood lift either. I have a constant low grade mood. (I never used high doses either maybe I should have?)
All that being said I completed college do well at work. Try to be a good family man. I don't know if I'm Obsessive, manic, ADHD, depressed or GAD all of them, some of them.Maybe someone can lend a thought or two??
PS I hate proof reading. My mind/thoughts seem to be ahead of the words.

Most of that happened to me when I was on an ssri. I would jump if someone shut a door. Obsessed over little things, like how a lady would be in front of me in line- and it would tick me off for no reason. Also insomnia too w/ ssri.

I thought I was all of those as well...diagnosed with bipolar now though. Lamical and klonopin being my meds now.
