I was on it for a year i went up to 6mg daily for panic attacks.
2mg tablets three times daily. Think of that. Now i take Xanax 2mg when needed.
Ativan was relaxing, but it didnt really calm panic. It was relaxing the the muscles, it is a muscle relaxer i believe in some of its properties.
I havent seen anyone here talk about Ativan

I like it but I only get one .5 tablet per day.
