can you take wellbutrin with an MAOI?

OK, so I'm too chicken to go off zoloft before
switching to an MAOI.. Don't need the major depression.

Maybe I can switch to Wellbutrin for a while then switch to the MAOI.

Like Zoloft, Wellbutrin is effective for my depression (neither helps alot with anxiety),
but if I can stay on Wellbutin when I add the MAOi (say PARNATE), then I avoid depression hell.

....probably being a baby and should just bite
the bullet on a Zoloft->Parnate switch.

Hi James.

First of all, you might want to give a Zoloft + Wellbutrin combination a try first. It is sometimes called "Welloft". You should be able to mix Wellbutrin with an MAOI. I combined it with Parnate 80mg without any trouble.

I was given Trazadone with Nardil. I's sedative as heck. Which helped me sleep. Just a thought.
