I'm interested in hearing from people who have taken parnate for months, years, etc. I would like to know your experiences. Have you gained weight? Lost weight? Had to discontinue it? Any luck counteracting weight gain? Did it give you energy or make you tired? How long did it work for you? Any bad side effects?

At first it caused profound appetite loss and weight loss but that side effect has since disappeared and now I've been gaining. :(

How much weight have you gained in what length of time? I've already put on 50 lbs on another med, so the last thing I need is more weight gain.
Does it make you more hungry so you are eating more or is the weight just coming on. Do you have more energy? Is it working well for you otherwise?

I had no apetite on parnate. Didnt eat much at all and lost weight then I added zyprexa and everyone knows how that makes you so hungry and I ended up gaining a little weight I think but mostly weight neutral I was not that hungry not like you normally are on zyprexa

Lost weight until I got the version with an antipsychotic in it.
S.O. lost weight at an amazing rate.
