The first few days I felt horrible, wanting to crawl out of my skin. The insomnia never went away. I had bad, bad dreams! It should stay on with a suction cup because it sucks! I am going to my doctor and telling her I was having homicidal dreams. I guess it works for some people?

I have been on the 6mg/24hr patch for around 3 months. I think that I began feeling a difference at about two weeks.
If you have additional questions, you might want to consider posting under "Re: Emsam Users, length of time, effects,pros/cons?" There seem to be several people who have posted there who have taken it.
