Wow...that's a big step for you. I wish you the best of luck on the Emsam. It really started out promising for me but I just got some nasty side effects that I couldn't tolerate, but that's par for the course for me. I know you've been struggling with what to do for a long time and I know that even though it's scary, at least you have a new direction to try. You know for sure that the Luvox hasn't been doing it for you, maybe this will. Good luck...

Lymon was it insomnia and anxiety? As I'm sleeping so long and late for me lately. And last night I tried an experiment . Didn't take any xanax with my valium. I also didn't take any luvox. No brain zaps yet. I'm really fed up with meds right now. I saw my T today and she basically threatened me that I had to go places by myself and stay alone. So I will see what happens the rest of the week. Thanks for replying. Love Phillipa ps one thing she isn't going to do is change my sleep patterns as I like to stay up late and sleep later than most as I always worked the 3-ll shift and always went to bed around lam and up at around l0. She suggested a day program to give me something to do but that would mean getting up around 6am . No thank-you.
