Dizziness from stopping an ssri or other meds has usually lasted from 2 to 4 weeks in my personal experiences.

Each person is different. I stopped Paxil cold turkey with very little problems after 5 years. I have stopped Lexapro twice for 10 day periods and had a few brain zapps. Some find it excruciating...Effexor seems to be the hardest because of dual agents.

Had them with l0mg of paxil so just kept biting a smaller piece off each day. And that's what I'm doing with luvox now. Love Phillipa
