Has anyone else taken Topamax and had problems with insomnia? I really thought that it would get better once I adjusted to the med, but it just seems to be getting worse. I finally feel better but now I can't sleep...is this really a side effect? I am taking 25mg in the am and 75mg in the pm now. Would reversing the doses help the sleeping you think?
