Hi,
I am an atypical depressive, with vegetative symptoms--oversleeping, lacking drive and motivation, innattention, that sort of thing. I'm looking for something to add to my tianeptine regimen, and I thought a nice dopaminergic like amisulpride would be a good thing. Does anyone know about this combination? Anyone else had a trial of these two? I'm really pretty hopeful, myself, but I'd hate to be unaware of some interaction between the two of them.
But in any case, I'll post to tell you people how it works out.Cheers,
Pbot

Have you thought about wellbutrin as an augument? Thats definately dopaminergic. Amisuplride seems er, I dunno, like more side effects (elevated prolactin levels etc) and I expect you'll have to find the right dose...too high and you get the opposite (ie antipyschotic)
Good luck, I don't too much about these drugs to be honest, but just a thought.
Kind regards
Meri
