I am currently taking 15mg of Remeron augmented with 40 mg of Adderal for depression. I also take an ACE inhibitor for mild high pressure as well as Zocor for Cholesterol. I am interested in switching to Nardil since I have responded best to MAOIs. All other antidepressants cause extreme anxiety.
Does anyone know if I can start Nardil while phasing out the Remeron or must I go through a wash-out period? If I must wash out, how long is recommended?

A two week washout is recommended. I don't know about how the other meds will affect the Nardil. Most people experience hypotension on Nardil, so you might not need the ACE inhibitor. I would ask a phamacist.
Good luck with the switch.
