I'm not sure if there's anything I can do, but here's my situation:
Is it legal to sell/give my extra pills to someone in the US? I'm an American currently living in Germany. My doc prescribed me Reboxetine 10 days before I left for a 2-month trip to the USA. We didn't know what dosage I would settle at, so he prescribed me a LOT. Now, 3 months later, I'm back in Germany, and I'm unhappy with some of the side effects, so the doc's switching my medication. But, I still have over 100 of the 4mg pills left. A box of 100 pills costs 75 euros, and I really hate to be out that much money. Plus, I know there are people in the US who want to take this medication, and are ordering it from outside the country. Any ideas?

That's a good question. It may not be. The importation of reboxetine is legal for personal use only.
In general, it is against the rules of this website to use this forum as a clearinghouse for acquiring, distributing, or transferring drugs.
I think I threw all of my reboxetine out with the trash. It made me feel hideously worse.

It is illegal. Not only can you not sell your meds at all, but transfer to another person (i.e. letting another person use your prescription) is a federal offense. I'm pretty sure of this, but feel free to look it up.

> Best regards. UpmannIts a federal offense, but that only applies inside the US. Still, I would not mess with customs. The most likely thing is 1+% they would be seized, and 99-% they might not. But that depends how it is labeled, and I'm not going to get into that, as Dr. Bob doesn't like talking about overseas pharmaceuticals, etc, regardless of their grey area.
If a prescription was in the US, there used to be also grey area organizations that would use others' unwanted prescriptions for charity. Today, in this day and age of worry and uncertainty, I dont think they exist much because of not knowing the validity of the pills that are donated, etc., etc, you can get the drift.
