I read it Ed. 5-10% of body weight loss sounds good to me! Do you think it's a safe drug? I wonder if we'll ever get it in the U.S.

Rimonabant's psychiatric side effects would be my main concern. It does seem to cause anxiety and depression in some patients :(

Hmmm, chubby and relaxed or thin and anxious/depressed. Same dilemma I have now. Maybe I'll wait for the next breakthrough.

Well. I'm already chubby AND anxious/depressed. So I guess the question is, does it make the anxiety/depression worse? Who knows, they probably didn't allow anyone who was already anxious or depressed into the studies. Cecilia
