Pick up some periactin (a 5-ht2a/c) antagonist, and combine it with melatonin. It does have antidepressant properties. Profoundly calming.

Periactin is a OTC product in canada, and so now is melatonin. Thats all valdoxine is, a melatonin agonist, and a 5-ht2c antagonist.
I basically noticed much much improved sleep, more so than either agent alone, I woke in a good mood.
