Hi
i haven't posted or read PB in well over a month. My depression has been too severe and coming here here is a lot of effort.
Anyhow, just want to let you know I am still alive.

Good to see you Maxime, sorry that your depression is so bad. How long have you been on the Parnate now at the 100mg dose?
(((hugs)))

My arm is a mess. I went horseback riding with cast on, as I was trying to the mount the horse the stool fell over and I went down with a bang breaking my arm in two more place. I still have a cast on.

Have you had a bone density scan done, Maxie? It sounds as though you're pretty fragile right now, and you're awfully young for that. If not, can you talk to your doctor about a DEXA scan? Or, rather, DO talk to your doctor about getting a DEXA scan... If he says you're too young, remind him that your eating disorder makes it one of the most vital tests they can do for you.
And what were you doing on a horse? You can tell me. I'll keep it between us...

Maxie the DEXA Scan will tell you bone density. Mine is minus 2 not good means osteoporosis and take calcium magneium and Vit D. And you must have been feeling better to have been on a horse. Love Phillipa

I went to Calgary, Alberta to visit my friends and get away from anything toxic here. I always go horback riding when I am there.
My endocrinologist wants me to get the bone density test done. He synthroid can make your bones brittle. Plus my history of an ED. Yeah, I think it is a good idea.
