Has anyone tried this for sleep? I took it last night. Still woke up once but he did tell me not to expect it to work immediately. I did sleep the rest of the night but am kind of sleepy today. Might be because I've been doing work or because I've just not had decent sleep for a while.

I tried it for a few days and did experience some day time sleepiness. I may try it again and cut the pill in half.

warm regards, Jake

I only tried it for 5 days, but it did nothing for my sleep at night. Similiar to Jakeman's post, it did make me very tired the following *day*. Exactly the opposite of what I needed.

After 2 nights of this medication, I'm done with it. It doesn't help me stay asleep and when I do wake up in the middle of the night my muscles are tense and I feel like I need to tense and relax them but it makes it impossible to go back to sleep. I'm worse off now than I was before.

I almost suggested a low dose of doxepin they are talking about on another thread but that is a TCA and not to be taken with an MAOI. Maybe a Soma would do it? I am always tearing up my muscles with what I do and when I take a Soma, goodnight Irene.
