I know that Neurontin can work well for sleep and insomnia (from my own experience and that some doctors recommend it off-label for insomnia) - but from posts i've read, old and new, I've noticed Lyrica *may* not be too good for insomnia, it *may* actually disrupt sleep somewhat..
Anyone have any comparison experiences?

I found 600mg Neurontin (added to Desyrel) better for sleep than 150mg Lyrica (also added to Desyrel), though neither truly gives me the refreshed sleep that I am looking for. Neurontin is much cheaper, also.
