Can anyone recommend any good self help books on Trama? I've heard of some sort of therapy called "tapping" to help deal with trama and was wanting to try to read some self help books to help me deal with past hurtful issues. Thanks so much, CEK

I think the tapping therapy is called Thought Field Therapy. There were a couple of posts about it on the Psychology board a while back. I don't really know anything about it personally. You might try posting over there for more replies :)
