I wasn't sure if 4 days was reasonable. I took it for 14 years and just remember getting up to about 70-90 mg in one month to 6 weeks.
I'm hoping it works like in the past, and that I may need a lower dose since I'm also taking 300 mg Lamictal.
I hope it continues to work for you. Thanks!

>Sounds like a good plan. Lamictal is an excellent augmentation agent for Parnate. I also hope it works very well for you! Let me know what your pdoc says.

I think its incorrect for a standerd to be set, people react diiferently, some are hyper sensative to small doses, some need larger ones.
The only good thing about it being only in 10 mg increments ARRrrr is that u can tirate slowly,so id just slowly add 10 mg every day or other and see how u are adjusting,it has a short half life so two days at a certain dose should be enough to know if its satisfactory.

Every other day would be great, but years ago it caused severe OH. I had BPs in the range of 70-90 over 55-60. Never fainted though. :)
