Willyee, I'm so sorry things are so bad for you right now. I think we both know there is a reason (a chemical imbalance) and it's not your fault in any way. Hey bud, i'll write more tomorrow as my sleeping pills are kicking in so i need to go to bed. But wanted you to know i care and i am terribly sorry you have to go through this...you been going through it for too long!! Your in my thoughts and my prayers my friend.

I came across this quote today, and I wish I'd had it in mind 2 days ago when the ten-ton weight fell on me.
“my zen teacher is forever asking me the koan: 'who' is it that knows?
“when i am feeling depressed, 'that' which knows that i'm depressed is not depressed.”
This is the end of the thread.
