Does anyone know the "secret" to transdermal delivery? Why would liquid deprenyl applied to the skin not be absorbed? Or perhaps it would be.

Not really, but here's my thoughts:
I’m thinking it has something to do with the molecular size in the substance that’s needing to be absorbed. Transdermal absorption is by tiny skin capillaries and therefore the substance would have to be permeable to those capillaries by molecule size formulation and perhaps by a vehicle type substance that aided that absorption. While the skin is vascular, it doesn’t have the vascularity or permeability of the GI tract which are designed to more readily absorb.
I don’t know for sure if that’s correct or not.
This is the end of the thread.
