I have taken 25-50mg for the last eight months. Then I had a major stress event in my life last week, and I need to go up. Won't see the pdoc for a week.
Anyone know what I should go up to? Anyone had this type of experience? Your help is greatly needed. Thanks, Michael

Well I know that if I take 100 mg all at once during the day then it's nappy time. So I would think maybe if you took 100 mg/day split up into 4-25 mg doses. 25-50 mg/day is a tiny amount.

Agree but maybe call your pdoc and see what he/she thinks you should split it to and when. Love Phillipa

I took it for anxiety and all it did was knock me out cold and leave me so groggy the next day I couldn't go to work. It was too strong for me even at 25mg. My pdoc started me at 200mg, I slept for almost 20 hours, then I kept cutting back until I reached 25mg but I still didn't like it, way too sedating and messy, he should have just upped my valium dose and I would have been fine to get through that rough patch. You could call it anxiety -- but the Valium I take probably covers that issue more. Its a complex, multidrug regimen for a nasty somatiform disorder.
1050mg Seroquel, purely for D2 blockade of sensitivity to light and not for anything psychotic.-- Jay
