>Remeron worked really well for me for about 5-6 years. I also have dep./anx./ocd. I initially took it with Paxil, but later took it with cymbalta. Remeron (for me) was an excellent antidepressent and is also helpful with insomnia. The thing I disliked about it the most was it really increased my appetite...especially for carbs. I gained 30 plus pounds on it. Otherwise thought it was excellent, a lot better than the ssri's for me anyway. Good Luck!

Have you tried prozac? or luvox for OCD and depression? Fondly, Phillipa
