This weekend we had a party. What can happen if you take alcohol with effexor and buspar?

Hi Lynn!
When I was on Effexor I occasionally had a few drinks (probably a max. of four beers one time) and didn't suffer any ill effects. I have never taken Buspar though. I think the warnings on Effexor say to reduce alcohol consumption or avoid it if you can. You may want to go to drugdigest.com and look up Buspar to get the info on it.

I drank Fri. night and have had to fight off anxiety since then. It was a BIG party. We went to bed at 4:00 a.m. I am so sorry that I did that.
Thanks for responding.
